Together, we remain determined to advance justice and accountability for European externalization and deterrence policies by challenging both the individual responsibility of decision-makers and the structural responsibility of organisations such as Frontex and Europol.
In the coming months, we will bring new proceedings before EU and international courts to defend the rights of victims and uphold the Union’s fundamental values.
